Stan Wiles, executive officer of Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport, Miss., shines the boots of Navy Counselor 1st Class Amie Morgan, NCBC command career counselor, on the NCBC Quarterdeck as part of a Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society fund raiser.
